About Susan Gentile: I have over 15 years of combined education and experience in health and fitness. In 1987 I earned a Master's degree in psychology with a subspecialty in psychophysiology, stress and disease. In 1989 I became certified as a biofeedback provider by the Biofeedback Certification Institute of America. And in 1990 I began treating patients with biofeedback at NYU Medical Center. I used a combination of exercise and behavioral approaches to treat patients during my 8 ½ years at NYU. I am currently interested in promoting physical fitness through personal training, as well as mind / body fitness through computerized biofeedback instrumentation. My Personal Training background includes a certification by ACE as well medical supervision when training patients. I train with safe and proven methods to reach a client's goals rather than a "soup of the day" approach.
