A little about me, I've been a certified trainer since 1994, yes, 17 years, certifications with ACE and NASM. I was born and raised in Hawaii and grew up around an active environment. I've played Junior Golf as a youth, and still suck at it. Currently, my recreational activities include Scuba diving, Freediving, and most any ocean related activity.
I've seen and experienced a lot during the past 20 years within the health and fitness industry, from fads and trends, workout programs, equipment, continuing education, and basically using my body as a human experiment in the gym itself to see what types of results I could attain with different exercise/training programs. I'm proud to say that in the modern era of drugs, hormones, and doping, I'm a lifetime drug and hormone free trainer. LOL!!! (Food for thought).
Enough about me, I guess you want to know about how I can help you reach your fitness goals, how many days you should train, what you should eat, and how you can look like the latest size 0 supermodel or leading actor. That's fine, but we need to be realistic, unless you've got some amazing genetics.
I've worked with individuals as young as 16 to as old as 80, actors, models, business owners and executives, the weekend warrior, the postpartum housewife, to the sedentary individual who needs to lose weight and put on muscle. It all comes down to metabolism, the faster it is, the less fat you have and leaner you are. I take a no nonsense approach to your fitness program. Any imbalances and weaknesses will be addressed FIRST before we can ultimately progress to your ultimate fitness goal.
