I have been in the Fitness Business for 18 years. I Owned and operated a full service Health Club for 15 years. I have coached volleyball and basketball at high school level, and club vollleyball. My passion is working with older adults and helping them achieve better health and fitness. I have taught many different group fitness classed from Step, Boot Camp, Pilates,Yoga and Zumba. Being middle age myself I feel exercise and fitness should be top priority there is no magic pill, You have to get moving!
