I have been a trainer since 1995. I've worked with people all ages with many types of disabilities and/or personal situations. My husband is also a trainer and usually trains the men. We believe in healthy lifestyle changes to create healthy living; "small changes, great rewards." Joe and I are both Certified by Real Life Choices to work with mentally and physically challenged. We love what we do and we love helping others. I rowed on Crew in High School for four years and coached a year after college. I also played basketball one year in high school. Joe and I have always weight trained, stretched, done cardiovascular activities. We were both certified spinning instructors as well.
