About
I received my Kinesiology & Humanities degrees at Washington State University. Instructional experience includes land and aquatics sessions with special needs clients, adult students, and youth. I interned at Multnomah Athletic Club, in Portland, Oregon. At Wazzu, I also pursued graduate work in Recreation Administration & Leisure Studies. The majority of my experience has been in group fitness settings, especially aerobic dance and weight training with students, faculty and seniors. For the last decade, my continuing education has emphasized nutrition. Currently, I am based in the University of South Florida area, and my primary focus is youth education, training, and team support.
