For the past 30 years, I have been training all age groups and fitness levels with a strong passion and desire in helping others achieve their fitness goals. I have given lectures at Wright College on Fitness and Nutrition for 15 years and am currently teaching The Truth about Diet. I am 56 years old, married with two adult children. I specialize in strength training and nutritional counseling. I have access to a private home gym for those who may feel uncomfortable in a club atmosphere. My hours are flexible and my rates are very reasonalbe.
