My name is Jeanett. I am a ACE Certified Personal Trainer for 24 years and Registered Yoga Teacher for 14 years. In my workout sessions II use different combinations of training styles mixed with yoga poses depending on clients needs. My clientele varies from middle age adults to seniors with or without health problems. Most of my clients are women going trough life changes and need someone to listen, understand and guide them trough it. My training philosophy is: To enjoy the life and achieve peace with yourself you need to find balance between the body and mind!
