I have been teaching fitness classes since 1975 and have been ACE certified since 1993. My instructors career has included teaching all types of cardio and weight training plus water aerobics and pilates. I love to make fitness fun, but at the same time make sure my students get a great workout. I am all about proper technique. I will give modifications for more intense movements to challenge my students but still allow them to go their own pace. I ehjoy attending workshops as often as possible to stay up to date current information.
