I worked in the public schools as a counselor and teacher for 26 years. Since 1984 I have been involved in the fitness industry. I have taught group exercise and been a personal trainer, and in 2006 became a registered yoga teacher. I specialize in training seniors, women, and people with special needs ( arthritis, MS, back issues).
