About Catherine Quinlivan: I am currently the Fitness Director at South Family YMCA in West St. Paul Minnesota. I have been a Personal Trainer for 5 years and a Group Fitness Instructor for 23 years. My hobbies include road biking in the summer and cross country skiing in the winter, I also enjoy competing in Triathlons and Duathlons.
