Hello my name is Brenda and I have been a personal trainer for the last 16 years. I became a personal trainer to help others achieve the success that I have achieved. There was a time when I weighed 235 lbs, I know how it feels to be unfit, fat, unhealthy and out of breath walking up the stairs. I know that feeling of helplessness very well.
