Co-Owner, Operator of Excel Fitness in West Hartford, Connecticut. I have been certified through ACE since 1995 and earned my B.S. degree in Exercise Science in 1996. I have been working with the Senior population more and have just completed the Cognitive Fitness Facilitator Certificate Program through the American Senior Fitness Association. It is a great program designed to incorporate thinking into a fitness program in order to improve memory and reduce dementia. As a gym owner we are proud to have been voted Best Gym/Fitness Center 2010, 2009, 2008.
