I have been teaching Group Fitness Classes since 1986. I am a United States National Aerobic Champion in the Mixed Pairs division for 2005 and 2006. I am second in the United States in the Men's Elite Division for 2005 and 2006. I represented the United States at the 2006 FIG Aerobic Gymnastics World Championship in Nanjing China.
I enjoy teaching anywhere from 1 to many people in exercise related activities.
Being diabetic for 43 years has kept me on track with a healthy life style.
