I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Culinary Nutrition Expert and Certified Personal Trainer. I love helping women feel great about themselves and their bodies by teaching them how to live a healthy lifestyle using organic, wholesome and easy-to-prepare meals made from scratch, top-quality health-promoting supplements to improve specific health needs and recommended exercise programs to fit any budget and schedule. These lifestyle changes will have a long-lasting effect on the quality of your life and can be gradually introduced so they are not overwhelming or difficult to achieve. When not making a total mess in the kitchen, or consulting one-on-one with clients, you can find me cycling on the scary Florida roads with my husband or hanging out with our 4 teens who like to guess what “weird healthy ingredients” might be hidden in their food.
