I have been in the fitness industry for 38 years, 18 years as an aerobic instructor and 26 years as a personal trainer. I have worked with all ages from 5 to 85. I have a masters degree in exercise science, have worked as a fitness director and physical education teacher and am currently doing personal training. My philosophy is to try to be as strong and fit as possible, do your best with what you have, don't give up and have fun!
