I specialize in those with special needs; youth, pregnancy, re-habilitation, seniors, conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia and other conditions that make movement difficult. I feel lucky to be able to help and understand those in need; I am empathetic and patient and understand that every one is individual. At present I work with K-5 and at a cardiac clinic; I lecture monthly on various health related topics.
