Hi!! I teach yoga, spin and laughter yoga. My specialties are getting the uninterested excited and copious amounts of sweat and fun music. I am certified in Bikram yoga, Laughter Yoga, Baptiste yoga, Spinning and a whole boring braggy list of things you never heard of. My fav-oh-rite things are being outside, reading, getting sweaty, drinking yummy coffee with my husband and surfing the couch on a daily basis.
