I am co-founder of ROCKY MOUNTAIN WATER FITNESS & WELLNESS; a company of 20 years that helped people achieve balance in health, fitness & nutrition where I enjoyed being a Continuing Education Credit (CEC) Provider for the Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA).
