About
I started teaching aerobics while I was in college and started teaching some of the first "cardiofunk" classes which turned into today's "hip hop". I also have a strong cycling background and have been teaching Spin-e-oki a combo of cycling and sing-a-long. I love new innovative and interesting classes and am one of the few certified instructors of "drums alive" in the area.
