I've always been a very fit and active individual, I wrestled all through high school and played rugby in college. My passion for this lifestyle encouraged me to become an ACE certified personal trainer so that I could help others attain their goals through hard work and fun. Anything is possible with the right plan and hard work! I've been a professional wrestler for the last 16 years, coached youth and high school wrestling. After a shoulder replacement in 2016, a steel plate in the elbow, and the realization that my body can't keep up with my drive, I now focus on teaching others how to improve their own well being.
