I am ACE certified and graduated from the Physical Fitness and Exercise Science Program at Remington College in October of 2012. Though I have trained one on one in the past, I have recently been involved in group training in specialty programs such as P90x, Asylum, and Insanity workouts. Another specialty of mine is training for Obstacle Course Racing (Spartan in particular). I am continuing my studies in fitness with nutrition courses so that I am able to help my client's learn how to fuel up for events and teach them how to eat and what to eat, for optimal performance.
