As a wellness consultant, I design wellness programs for businesses and provide practical solutions to improve the health of employees, which in turn reduces health care costs to the employer and employee, improves morale and increases productivity. As a health coach, I motivate and assist individuals or groups by employing behavior change methods, SMART goals, motivational interviewing, and other positive strategies. I also impart valuable and reliable information about weight loss, health improvement, nutrition, and exercise. By way of experience, education and attention to each client, I provide a great environment and stimulus to learn, become motivated, and improve quality of life.
