David Townes works with helping children, athletes, seniors and workplace professionals in developing fitness routines that fit the individual's lifestyle with an emphasis on those who are new to exercise and need a solid foundation. In addition to being a Certified ACE Fitness Trainer and ACE Certified Health Coach, David also holds a black belt in BKF Kenpo Karate where he spent years working with young children in teaching martial arts and helping them reach their athletic goals. David works with a diverse group of clients along the Central Coast of California .
