I believe being healthy and fit will improve a persons self-confidence and mental focus. I am passionate about strength training and building muscle/losing fat. I was an endurance runner and triathlete with a Boston Marathon finish & 21 marathons completed, 2 Ironman triathlons, and 4x 50 mile endurance runs.
