I am a former Army wife, mother of two, former owner of a local gym S.W.E.A.T. Ltd, an MMA Fighter, and a FITNESS FREAK!! I have been in this industry for several years, and I am still learning and growing every single day. I have taken 9 group fitness certifications starting with Powder Blue Productions, to IFTA, then LesMills, Personal Training Cert through ACE, and now working to finish my Fitness Nutrition Cert with NASM.
