I have my B.S. in Exercise Science, and have practiced as an exercise physiologist in clinic/ hospital cardiac rehabilitation programs for 8 years. For the past 2 years I have also worked as a personal trainer both in home and public gym settings. Much of my focus with my clients and patients is risk factor modification and cardiovascular training along with strength training.
