I have a passion for providing people with the knowledge to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I love working with people; coming up with daily plans and routines to help others reach their fitness and health goals. Every person has there own individual needs and strengths to help them succeed. Discovering their strengths is what makes the experience successful and fulfilling. I worked hard to obtain my bachelors degree in health education from WPUNJ in 2009. In May 2011, I graduated from Montclair State University with my ADA Certification in Dietetics. This allows me to work as a certified nutritionist. Shortly after, I received my certification in group fitness from ACE in November of 2011. I am currently learning many different techniques and exercise styles to make a fitness and health plan that covers a wide range of activities. By doing this, I can provide assistance to all different types of clients. I am always trying to educate myself with the most current health research and fitness techniques. To provide my client with up to date tools to succeed.
