I have a passion for listening and helping people meet their goals. Weather it’s complete a mile of running, running a marathon or competing in an Ironman. Unlike most other trainers, I haven’t been athletic my entire life. I started off in 2000 not being able to run a full mile by itself. Almost 9 years later I have completed various running races, 2 Marathons, 4 Ironman 70.3 Races, a full Ironman and participated in numerous rock climbing competitions. The key is to find what you like and have the support of a skilled trainer to help you meet your goals.
