About
Stefanie is a native New Yorker, born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and has been practicing yoga and movement for over ten years. Stefanie recalls that her first encounter with yoga philosophy came during her undergraduate studies while in a training seminar on "how to deal with upset people" when she was first introduced to the concept and power of meditation. This experience sparked her continued journey with meditation and yoga. Stefanie is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance since 2005 and a certified Group Fitness Instructor with the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Her teachings integrate Hatha, Kinesiology and Ayurvedic sciences into her instruction.
