I am an ACE and FETAC certified personal trainer, specialising in martial arts strength and conditioning. I hold a black belt in world federation (olympic style)taekwondo, and have been studying martial arts across the spectrum for 20 years. I enjoy training all clients however, and welcome beginners right through to advanced clients looking to improve their health and fitness. I have a particular interest in helping post-natal women get active and get back into shape and resume their normal lifestyle after giving birth.
