Free trial class: Every Sunday at Bird Park/Morley Field Park! 9:30am. Get a great total body workout using functional movements that activate the core. The exercises can be corrective to common problems, such as low back pain, and they will improve the fitness and performance of anyone at any level! And its free to try! We will meet at the very top of the park at the corner of Upas and Pershing, on the grass. There is usually street parking right there on Upas. A Yoga mat is recommended as the grass will be wet in the morning. Come dressed to move freely, run and jump. We will start with a gentle warm up, gradually ramp up the intensity and mix it up with some fun at the end!
