I have over twenty years of experience as a multisport athlete and coach and am a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. My participation in many sports gives me the perspective to help anyone achieve their goals as an athlete. As a Type 1 diabetic, father, husband, a former carpenter and athlete I understand the challenges people face when trying to lead healthy but busy lives. My goal is to help people gain the strength, mobility and endurance to navigate the many physically and mentally challenging obstacles placed in their paths. My passion for health and fitness lead me to believe that if there is a panacea then surely fitness is it.
