I'm a Wake Forest graduate and fitness enthusiast. I love Olympic lifting, and weight lifting in general, and feel it can be an asset in the pursuit of all fitness goals. I've had military training and am quite familiar with military style PT as well, I'm currently affiliated with the United States Navy and am headed for flight school this summer.
