Hello! My name is Mark Carmona. I’m a personal trainer who has been practicing for 7 years, 2 years with ACE and 5 years with the U.S. Air Force . I have many personal accomplishments that have pushed me though this fitness journey, that I hope to continue with you! I’ve had my own personal battles with weight loss losing over 140 pounds, so I know how you feel and what you need to succeed! After a major injury and spinal fusion I retired from the Air Force and started my journey back into ACE as a Wounded Warrior. My time is focused on you because true happiness is having your health.
