I currently work out of Anytime Fitness in Milton, Wisconsin as an ACE certified Personal Trainer. I recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater with a Bachelor's degree in Education, Health and Human Performance. I am an avid adventure sports enthusiast. I enjoy rock climbing, mountain biking/racing, kayaking/canoeing, hiking and snowboarding. I started weight training early in high school to improve my sports performance and I’ve never stopped. At 17 years old, I started working at my local gym in Janesville. I was fortunate to have also worked with athletic performance training. I have worked with a diverse group of people from the novice just starting, to athletes looking to improve their performance. I enjoy helping people of all ages obtain their fitness goals. My goal as a personal trainer is to motivate, inspire, and educate others about the benefits of exercising and living a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy helping my clients find the right workout to obtain their goals and improve their life. I also enjoy making it fun so it is sustainable.
