By healthy balance I mean living a healthier life in a way that is easy for them to maintain in the midst of their work and family life. I enjoy finding what it is that individuals or families like to do to stay active and implement that into their healthier lifestyle goals. It's always easier and more fun to be active in the ways that you enjoy to. I can also coach you on how to eat healthier and still enjoy eating! My favorite ways of staying active are walking, hiking, and biking.
