Izabela Milanov has over ten years of experience in the fitness industry – both in the field of personal training and group fitness. Originally from Europe, she spent a lot of time traveling around the world, helping people reach their fitness goals and adopt a healthier lifestyle, collecting the best and most effective exercise practices on the way. When she finally settled in New York City, she decided to assemble the best team of personal trainers and help New Yorkers live a healthier, more active life. She founded an in home based personal training business, The Fit Apple, which promotes physical activity, exercise and nutrition as crucial elements of wellbeing.
