I’m not like a lot of trainers – I wasn’t a high school or college athlete; I wasn't always in shape. I began my fitness quest at age 50, but after hiring a trainer and learning the correct way to train, I haven't looked back! I discovered my body was capable of much more than I’d thought possible. I went back to school to complete the Fitness Specialist curriculum at American River College (a GREAT program, by the way), then became certified by ACSM as a personal trainer, and by ACE as a medical exercise specialist for chronic conditions. I presently work out of two of the area’s premier sports/health clubs, but will also consider outside clients if the club scene is not your thing. Contact me at your convenience to discuss further.
