I became a personal trainer after my own battle with obesity. I was always into sports and fitness but after marriage and kids and just life i had gained weight. I eventually lost over 50 pounds in my weight loss journey in 2012. I know the fears and struggles of starting and maintaining an exercise program. But trust me the excitement and joy you get from hitting your goals out weights everything. And that is the feeling I want to bring to you each week when we hit your goals together.
