Hello! My name is Monique and I am an ACE certified personal trainer located in the Tempe/Scottsdale area. I graduated from Whittier College with a bachelor's in Kinesiology and a minor in Chemistry. I am the co-founder of Arizona Aesthetics and Wellness and Tytin Fitness. We are a wellness center and personal training studio located in Scottsdale and Tempe Arizona where we house personal training, a Chiropractor, a Naturopath, a Doctor of Chinese Medicine, and a Muscle Activation Therapist. I have been a personal trainer for 10 years and am a nationally qualified NPC Figure competitor. Before competing, I went through my own weight loss and rehabilitative journey to get to where I am today. Because of my personal experiences, I am a very motivational trainer and will use all the tools in my arsenal to get you where you want to be for your personal and fitness goals. My specialties include weight loss, competition prep, hypertrophy training, kettle bells, functional training, and general strength and conditioning. I am open to both one-on-one personal training as well as small group training sessions. I hope to hear from you soon!
