Hi, My name is Ashley. I have been a personal trainer for two years now and have had a variety of clients ranging from weight loss, athletes, and paraplegic. I have also worked at State University of Potsdam Fitness Center as a personal trainer and assistant to the director. I have accomplished many fitness goals of my own such as a Tough Mudder, Buffalo Marathon which I had a qualifying time for Boston (Yay super excited to run Boston in April!) and ran in the Spartan Beast World Championship.
