Hello! My name is Charlotte Barnett, but most of my friends call me Stone. You can call me either Charlotte or Stone. I have 8 years of experience as a certified Personal Trainer through ACE and I'm working on getting my Master's degree in Kinesiology: Exercise Physiology from the University of Virginia. I've moved my personal training business online due to the pandemic and I've found that I really like the virtual format because it allows for a great deal of flexibility, so I can help my clients focus on both quality of movement and achievable frequency and variety of healthy movement.
