About

Hello! I'm Brian Taylor a Certified Personal Trainer operating in the metro Chicago area. I'm a former US Army Military Policeman and security specialist specializing in crowd control and management. As an ACE certified personal trainer who is over 50 years old myself I specialize in training the over 40 year old client along with overweight populations in the privacy of their own home. So there is no worry or concern that I will attempt to train you like you were 20 or more years younger- that's not what I'm about. My programs are customized for each client, not one size fit all and are simple to understand and follow. I specialize in old school medicine ball and kettlebell training. These workouts were personally designed by me to be done at home. Home is the best place to workout in my opinion and is where I got the results I was looking for and my workouts are travel friendly in that they can be done while on the road. I have additional education and training in program design and implementation for overweight clientele. My goal is not to try to make an athlete out of anyone but to help everyone get on the road to health and fitness. I am certified by the AHA in CPR and am fully insured. All Major Credit Cards Accepted
