After working in healthcare for over 10 years and seeing first hand what an unhealthy and inactive life can lead to,I decided to commit my life to helping people live a healthy and active life through exercise and fitness. I want to share my love of fitness with everyone. I firmly believe that every one deserves to be healthy. Fitness should be affordable and not out of reach for anyone. I am a passionate runner and a private trainer. I work one on one with my clients in a non-threatening environment at my home studio.
