After 6 years in the Healthcare IT field I decided to make a long time thought a reality. I self studied for the ACE Personal Trainer exam and became certified in April 2009. After years of training myself and friends for marathons, half-marathons, 10K's, and general fitness; I made the choice to turn my hobby into a career. I currently hold a CrossFit Level 1 Certification and my ACE, CPT. I train individuals at a corporation and also at a gym in downtown Denver. I also teach group classes and bootcamps. If I am not staying on top of current trends and furthering my own education, my clients won't be getting the most out of their efforts and that is cheating everyone involved. I am very laid back and fun to be around, but expect a lot of myself and those I am working with. I am 100% dedicated to what I am doing and expect that for the 30-60 minutes I am with a client(s) I get that in return.
