My passion is to help people to help themselves! In addition to being an ACE Certified Professional Personal Trainer, I hold a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology / Adult Fitness. I have 15 + years experience as a Certified member of the United States Professional Tennis association working as a teacher, coach and fitness advisor. I have been on that roller coaster of fitness and weight loss and because of my personal experience I am well equipped to work with clients that have had setbacks, are frustrated and are nervous about beginning a fitness and/or weight loss program via exercise programming. If you want someone that has been there and done that, and can empathize and motivate through the toughest of times, then I may be the personal trainer you've been looking for!!
