Hi! My name’s Melissa Lampert, and I’m excited to be a trainer at Body Renew located in Eagle River! This job is a dream come true for me. I love my job because everyday I get to help people reach their fitness goals and improve their overall health. It’s so rewarding to watch members realize their potential as healthy individuals! My clients benefit because I write exercise programs specifically for them and their needs. I strive to offer my clients everything they need to meet their goals. I promise to work you hard but not break you. Training should be a challenge that you feel good about and proud of in the end. I took 3 years of classes at the University of Alaska Anchorage in anatomy, physiology, and health and fitness related topics to ensure the best quality for all my clients. I’m also certified though the American Council on Exercise, nationally recognized organization.
