In addition to being an ACE Personal Training I have a B.S. degree in Health and Human performance. I am also a black belt in multiple forms of martial arts including Krav Maga, Mixed Martial Arts, Jiu-jitsu, Kickboxing, and Karate. I have been teaching martial arts / self defense and training all age groups and fitness levels for more than 15 years. I am the head instructor and trainer at Transformation Wellness and Martial arts. I enjoy training clients from all backgrounds and age groups.
