Tone Zone is a unique private gym just for women by women! We provide an un-intimidating, fun, and encouraging atmosphere for women to work out in – either on your own, or in a group with a Certified Personal Trainer. We are known for state of the art equipment, highly educated, experienced and professional female trainers, variety of training options, and friendly environment. Whether you are looking to drop a few pounds, increase lean muscle, improve or maintain a healthy lifestyle our trainers will teach and motivate you on the journey to your goals. Programs are designed to accommodate individual fitness levels, restrictions or injuries and abilities. The varieties of programs available are Group Personal Training, Total Gym Gravity® Training, TRX®, One-on-One Personal Training, and Open Gym, where you can work out on your own at your own pace.
