Hello! I'm Alina; a fitness professional and health nut. I started instructing group fitness classes at the age of 18, and have loved every minute of it. I have taught all over the world, from Spain, Germany, Cyprus and of course, the United States. This is my dream job, I absolutely enjoy every minute of every class I teach! I am currently a group fitness instructor, personal trainer and also hold a Bachelors of Science in Dietetics. When I don't teach, I'm busy chasing my 2 boys around!
